  Welcome to Alpha Design Spot, a social media post-making application. These
  Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application. By
  accessing or using Alpha Design Spot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for the purposes
  of providing and promoting our services.

  <strong>C. Premium Plan:</strong> The premium plan of Alpha Design Spot allows
  you to access additional features, including the ability to create video posts
  on specific occasions. The premium plan is subject to a subscription fee,
  which you agree to pay according to the terms specified during the
  subscription process.

<h2>Prohibited Activities:</h2>
<p><strong>When using Alpha Design Spot, you must not:</strong></p>
<p>A. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.</p>
<p>B. Use the application to harm, harass, or intimidate others.</p>

  C. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or user
  accounts.

  D. Interfere with the proper functioning of Alpha Design Spot or use any
  automated means to access, scrape, or collect data from our application.

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
  Rajasthan (INDIA), without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any
  dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
  jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan (INDIA).

  We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any
  material changes, and continued use of Alpha Design Spot after such changes
  will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
